Neilburg Pork Farm Ltd near Neilburg, SK. requires 5 full-time Swine Herdspersons to perform the following duties:
-Recognize and treat certain livestock health problems;
-Oversee breeding and other livestock related programs;
-Perform artificial insemination;
-Select livestock for sale;
-Train and supervise farm workers;
-Maintain quality control, production and livestock records;
-Operate and maintain farm equipment and machinery ie. Tractors, feeding and watering system; and
-Perform some general farm duties.
Skill Requirements:
-Completion of college education or equivalent experience;
-At least 1 year of relevant experience; and
-Must be handle physically demanding work.
Compensation:
-Salary: $15.30-$18/hr for 40 hrs/week
