This positions primary purpose is to oversee/guide and lead the Lease Funding team to deliver high quality operational and administrative support to the Leasing Division and external clients, develop financial, regulatory and compliance reporting for the Business Unit and manage databases when necessary for reporting and data collection purposes.

Reporting to the Senior Manager, Commercial Operations, the Financial Services Supervisor will provide leadership and direction to staff to facilitate the administration and funding of lease transactions.  This supervisor will provide daily oversight to the funding and administration team to ensure accuracy and efficiency in the funding process while providing guidance and expertise for more complex transactions.

A key component to the position is process improvement along with implementation and adherence to service level agreements aligning with customer service standards of Concentra.
