General Sandblasting & Painting is in immediate need for EXPERIENCED, motivated, hard-working individuals who have experience with Abrasive Sandblasting.
The successful candidate must demonstrate excellent communication skills, hold a valid Class 5 (or greater class) drivers' license, obtain negative results upon completion of pre-access drug and alcohol screening, and meet the physical requirements to perform average lifting up to 25 pounds and occasionally up to 100 pounds.

The candidate will also demonstrate:
-The willingness to work as an effective team player.
-A great understanding of verbal instructions
-Ability to follow tasks safely and efficiently.
-Knowledge of several different types of blast media.
-Ability to operate the abrasive blasting equipment.
-Ability to operate mobile blast units.
-Ability to work on scaffolding, staging, ladders and man lifts at heights up to 50'.
-Ability to work in a confined space.
The position is subject to environmental elements, as most of the work is performed out doors in extreme heat or extreme cold Position is also subject to high noise levels, vibration and other atmospheric conditions.
Position is subject to significantly long hours, working weekends, unscheduled overtime as well as the potential for rotating shifts and out of town work.
