Description

The Rural Municipality of Estevan is currently seeking applications for an experienced public works foreman. Under the general direction of Council the foreman is responsible for coordinating the overall operations of the Public Works Department.  Eligible applicants must possess the following:
-Extensive road maintenance experience  
-1 A drivers licence
-Knowledge of equipment operations and a mechanical aptitude
-Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills
-Capability of prioritizing numerous jobs within the municipality
-Team player with strong leadership, supervisory and human resource management skills.
-Effective public communications skills and ethics.
-Previous managerial experience in a Rural Municipality is desirable
-Please state expected wage
