EXECUTIVE ASSISTANT & OFFICE MANAGER - GENERAL DESCRIPTION
The Executive Assistant & Office Manager (EA) is responsible for the general operations of the office of PFM Capital Inc. and acts as a support to both the investment and business development functions of the organization. The EA will work closely with senior management to ensure the accurate and effective delivery of services to various stakeholder groups. The EA will also be required to accurately fulfill some of the administrative needs of the investment team. The successful candidate will prefer to work independently, with minimal supervision and will have a strong work ethic. Working directly with the entire team at PFM, the position requires an individual with superior interpersonal skills and emotional intelligence.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
2.The EA will execute the following responsibilities
Maintaining the offices of PFM and assisting with building management;
All administrative work flow associated with all funds under management;
Timely and accurate response to investor service requests;
Coordination of external stakeholders and information packages;
Ensuring the accuracy of data collected by PFM;
Coordination and execution of Investment Administration; and
Coordination of executive scheduling as needed.
3. Relationship Management - The EA will be the first point of contact for many external stakeholders of PFM and must understand the need for client confidentiality and exude a positive, welcoming attitude.
KNOWLEDGE AND SKILL REQUIREMENTS
A positive attitude and high level of energy would be helpful in fulfilling the requirements of the position.
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook are a must.
