Dilawri Group Of Companies is looking for a Service Advisor.
The Dilawri Group Of Companies prides itself on providing excellent customer service not only to clients but to its employees as well. We are looking for an enthusiastic experienced person to join our team. The successful candidate will assist the Service Manager building a loyal clientele, maintaining good employee relation, quality control and maintaining service records. You must satisfy service concerns of all customers, ensure that service is performed at the highest level and expected to uphold the highest ethical standards.
Previous experience in the Automotive or related field as well as Reynolds and Reynolds experience would be a definite asset but not necessary. We require strong communication skills to deal with customers, employees and vendors.
Applicants must possess good working habits and have a desire to establish a career with a first class organization.
Previous experience an asset.
