Description

The Prince Albert Housing Authority has an opportunity for an experienced, hands-on Maintenance Supervisor to oversee the repair and maintenance of buildings, equipment and grounds.  

The position will:
- supervise and participate in maintenance,
  repairs, painting and groundskeeping
- assist with an effective preventative
  maintenance schedule and respond to service
  calls, flexibly prioritizing workloads
- support and assist vacancy turnover
- promote and participate in positive working
  relationships with management, staff, tenants
  and contractors

The ideal candidate will be a journeyed tradesperson with ten years' experience in a maintenance and repair setting including responsibility for staff. Must possess proven team skills and demonstrate respect for people's diversity and individual differences.  Solid Microsoft Office skills are required, a fireman's certificate is an asset.  Candidates must be bondable, hold a valid driver's license and have use of own vehicle.
