Duties and Qualifications:

The successful candidate will have an Undergraduate Degree in Business or a related field with a certificate in project management.  Five (5) years related experience in research, analysis, report writing and project management is required. A combination of education and experience will also be considered.

The Senior Analyst contributes to strategic and business planning, policy development and operational process; Participates in the preparation and development of the Universitys strategic, business and operational plans; Support the Academic and Administrative teams by maintaining an overview of initiatives across the organization to identify synergies, opportunities and overload; Acts as liaison with committees and task groups collaborating with faculty and staff to ensure project success; Tracks the progress of all projects/programs and processes arising from the University's strategic and operational planning process; Identifies develops, implements, and provides ongoing project management support for innovation and other initiatives required by the University.
