Days Inn & Suites Warman is currently recruiting for a part time Front Desk Agent to join our team. The successful candidate must have open availability mornings, evenings, nights, weekends and holidays and be able to accommodate a flexible schedule.
The main duties of the GSA is to provide exemplary service to our customers by responding to requests promptly throughout their stay, handle guest accounts, cash handling, answer incoming phone calls, process reservations/cancellations and modification requests . Night Audit is responsible for registering guests and assigning rooms, processing group arrivals and departures, taking, canceling and changing room reservations, processing guests' departures which includes calculating charges and receiving payments, balancing cash and completing related forms. They are also responsible for the daily audit reports. NA is also responsible for setting up breakfast.
The successful applicant will have excellent customer service skills and display a high level of professionalism. Although previous hotel experience is not required, hotel experience will weigh heavily on the selection of the successful applicant.
