We specialize in the design and construction of apartments, townhomes, apartment-style condominiums, and commercial development. Established in 2011, our ownership and management team brings a wealth of knowledge and experience in real estate, engineering, and architectural design.

Career Profile:

We are looking for a full time Structural Steel Detailer to join our in house design/drafting team. As a member of the team, your primary responsibility will be 3D Modeling and Drafting using Revit focusing on coordinating the design and fabrication for the structural portion of our projects.

Primary Responsibilities:
    3D Modeling/drafting using Revit and AutoCAD
    Work with in house engineers to prepare construction drawing packages.
o    Structural systems including Concrete and Steel
    Drawing management and document control.
    Review and understand design and technical documents
    Shop drawing creating, review, and material takeoffs
    Perform site inspections

Qualifications:
    Graduate from applicable Technology Program
    5 years of relative job experience


Knowledge and proficiency in the following:
    Revit including family creation and work sets
    AutoCAD
    Spatial Planning
    2010 National Building Code Part 3 and 9
    Steel and concrete detailing and design

Compensation will vary depending on the qualifications and experience of the individual. Baydo has a health & dental benefit package.
