Description

SilverBirch Hotels & Resorts is one of Canadas leading hotel management companies and manages hotels operating under major franchise brands, such as Marriott, Hilton, and Radisson across Canada.

We are looking for a Restaurant Manager for the Aroma Resto Bar at the Radisson Hotel Saskatoon.

Duties & Responsibilities:
- Direct, supervise and develop the outlets team members.
- Maintain effective employee relations by conducting regular team meetings.
- Recruit, train, and evaluate all employees to ensure a high standard of service.
- Develop and execute corporate and in-house promotions as related to Food & Beverage.
- Achieve budget forecasts, revenue and profit goals.
- Ensure food and beverage cost controls are in place and followed.
- Maximize productivity through proper budgeting, scheduling and cost control.
- Ensure that all restaurant associates have obtained legislated training.
- Ensure month-end procedures are completed, including inventories, costing and analysis.
- Program and maintain Micros point of sale system.
- Ensure superior cleanliness and quality for the outlets.

Preferred Education & Qualifications:
- Must have a minimum of three (3) years experience as a manager in a high volume food and beverage operation.
- A certificate/diploma in Hospitality Management.
- A strong foundation in communication and Leadership skills that can be built on.
- Proven track record in revenue growth, promotions and training.
- Excellent customer and employee relations skills.
- Previous budget and forecasting experience.
