Job Duties include:
Works with the lead costume consultant and retail sales manager to achieve sales goals.
Executes the GUEST customer service standard. Greets the customer, Uncovers the customers needs/wants, Explores the store for opportunities, Suggests costume ideas and add-on accessories, Thanks the customer.
Takes every opportunity to suggest add-on items to each customer interaction, including signing customers up for the Super Savers Club when applicable.
Participates in Halloween announcements and coordination of optional catwalks (costume/theme preparation) as directed by the lead costume consultant or retail sales manager.
Successful candidates must be available to work a variety of shifts, including days, evenings, and weekends.
