The physicians will work as part of a multidisciplinary team and under the supervision of the Medical and Radiation Oncologists. The physicians will participate in daily rounds, provide care to oncology/hematology patients admitted at the Pasqua Hospital and, as required, see patients in the Cancer Centre who require assessments and follow up care.
Ideal candidates will have their Certification or equivalent in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine along with experience in Oncology. Candidates must hold certification with the Medical Council of Canada or at minimum have completed the Medical Council of Canada evaluating exam (MCCEE) and be eligible for licensure with the College of Physicians and Surgeons of Saskatchewan. In accordance with Canadian immigration requirements, preference will be given to Canadian citizens and permanent residents of Canada.
