1.Help the chef for making new dishes in our menu
2.Understand the menu and control the food cost
3.Assuing hygienic standard in and around kitchen area
4.Cleaning the food preparation equipment, floors and other kitchen tools or areas
5.Order and take delivery of food and supplies
6.Maintain outstanding working relationships with staffs and guests
7.Weigh and measure ingredients for cooking
8.Prepare sauces and garnishes for allocated station
9.Able to communicate in Vietnamese very well and have knowledge about Vietnamese foods ( very necessary)
10.Baking skills/experiences about vietnamese bakeries/cakes/breads (very important)
