The Human Resources Coordinator manages a multitude of responsibilities list below in conjunction with the management team and various committees. The role is primarily office based, but involves interaction and support on the retail floor and also externally. Ultimate goal: Achieving outline accountability while fostering a positive culture and building strong relationships with all associates, management team, auto service team and Dealer.
The HR Coordinator will coordinate recruitment, implement new team orientation, online learning, performance review management, administer internal/external programs, health and safety meetings/inspections & lead team events.
Must possess strong organization skills, strong attention to detail and be a positive team player.
The successful person will work 32 hours a week, be able to work in Yorkton and Melville, and be available to work all shifts.
