The Meat Up in Pense, SK just minutes from Regina and Moose Jaw on Highway 1 is seeking a part time line cook.
Key Requirements
experience is preferred but we are willing to train the right person
understanding of cooking methods, ingredients and equipment
solid references
flexible schedule - including evenings and weekends
must be able to work with minimal supervision
Responsibilities
cooking and preparing all menu items in accordance with the standards set out by the head cook
stocking and maintaining sufficient levels of food on the line
food preparation and portioning
maintaining a clean and sanitary work environment
ability to stand for long periods of time in a hot kitchen
