Analyzes and reviews policy and procedure documentation prepared for Board and CEO consideration. Researches, develops and writes policies and procedures with supporting analysis of issues and impacts. Follows up and reports on status of policy/procedure development throughout the organization. Advises WCB staff and management on issues related to policy/procedure. Assists manager in developing plans for and completing assigned projects.
Duties include, but are not limited to:
1. Analyzes and reviews policy/procedure documentation prepared for Board and CEO consideration for such factors as compliance with legislation; consistency, accuracy and completeness; logic and practicality. Recommends changes to policy/procedure documents after review and analysis.
2. Researches, analyzes and prepares policy/procedure recommendations. Arranges and attends meetings to discuss content.
3. Develops and writes policy/procedure documents with supporting analysis.
