Description

SaskExpress Musical Theatre Studio in Regina is looking for a part-time/casual evening receptionist for the current dance season. Shifts will be Monday to Thursday, approximately 5:30 - 9:30 and Saturday from 10:00 - 1:00. Occasional Customer Service Representative duties will be required for Theatre rentals.

Receptionist duties will include greeting clients, answering phones, organizing Studio office, processing registrations, updating databases, selling performance tickets and other administrative tasks as assigned by the Studio Director. Our receptionist will be the first point of contact for Studio families and must be comfortable working with people of all ages.

Customer Service Representative duties include liaising with clients during events, ensure rental contract guidelines are adhered to and that the space is in satisfactory condition upon departure. Coordinate requirements for rentals with clients, including working with house technician to ensure all technical needs are met.

Experience within a performing arts environment desirable, although not required.

As this position requires working with young children, the successful candidate must provide a Criminal Records Check as a condition of employment.
