Description

Can-Seed is looking for a professional & competitive individual who exceeds in a quick-pace sales environment. As Inside Parts, you will provide exceptional customer service & effectively sell products in order to meet customer needs.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES:
Mechanically inclined with agricultural experience is a must
First to answer telephone calls
Shared responsibility of all sales of parts for agriculture equipment & responsible to increase part sales
Assist customers in addressing & resolving part related problems
Maintain current product knowledge of all equipment, parts, & services available to customers
Develop new accounts while maintaining existing accounts
Prepare daily call reports
Identification, locating, pricing of parts, & completion of sales transactions from beginning to end
Provide follow up with customers & build strong and loyal relationships
Assist with loading & unloading of truck
Provide prompt & efficient service to achieve maximum sales and customer satisfaction
Ability to solve problems independently & as a team
Ability to sell in a fast pace environment under minimal supervision
Follows all safety procedures
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office & QuickBooks
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:
Mechanically inclined
Strong understanding of farming practices in Western Canada
Exception attention to detail
Excellent time management, multi-tasking, organizational, & prioritization skills
Necessary understanding of Can-Seed customers expectations & understanding of how to deliver on those expectations
Superior decision-making skills & the ability to lead others through a decision-making process
Strong interpersonal and written/oral communication skills
Exceptional relationship management & networking skills to function in a diverse environment
