THE JOB
Ensure the Guest Experience is #1 priority
Achieve and Exceed Sales Targets/ Mentor as the Sales Leader
Recruit, Train, Coach and Develop the Team to be the Best they can Be
Host Staff Meetings to Launch Promotions and Set the Store
Set Action Plans and Follow up for Business Growth and Development
Merchandise the Store as per Company Standards
Look for ways to connect the brand with the community and build brand awareness
Inventory Management and loss prevention
OUR IDEAL CANDIDATE
Escents is looking for someone who possesses an exceptional track record in retail and sales, are natural people leaders and experts at delivering an amazing Guest Experience.
2+ years Retail Management Experience
Demonstrated Ability to Exceed Sales Targets
Demonstrated Experience Recruiting, Training, Coaching and Leading a Retail Team to Exceptional Performance
Demonstrated Track record of Positivity, Enthusiasm and Flexibility
Available to work Evenings, Weekends and Holiday Shifts
Must be able to work up to 4 hours Alone
Must be able to lift up to 20 lbs
Must be able to stand for up to 4 Hours
