Days Inn - Swift Current ( Smiley's Kitchen) is looking for a Kitchen Manager/Cook. Some of the duties are as follows:
Full time position
Scheduling
Supervise & Train Staff
Estimate and order ingredients and supplies
Food service and quality control
Ability to work under pressure in a fast paced
environment
Food Safe Handling certificate required
Hiring of kitchen staff
Inventory control
Able to work a shift as well as manage
Available for all shifts including evenings and
weekends
Should be fluent with common kitchen equipment
Work as a team player
Flexibility
Some experience required/banquet experience is an
asset
Other duties as required by management
