Looking for Part Time Case Manager (Saturdays, Sundays, and all Statutory Holidays from 12:00 a.m to 12:30p.m) to work with families and their children. This will require providing one-on-one support as well as working with various professionals and support agencies to coordinate meeting the daily living, health, financial and social needs of individuals and/or families who will transition to a healthy lifestyle. The successful candidate must have the following qualities:
- Experience in case management, crisis
intervention procedures, child protection and
child-in-care services and protocols
- Possess strong team building work ethics
- Possess effective problem solving and decision making skills
- Knowledge and work experience of First Nation's & Metis traditions, values and customs
- Must be willing to work and fill various shifts ie. weekday or weekend
Qualifications:
- Possess a BISW or BSW or equivalent with two years of training and experience in the Human Service field
- Domestic Violence Training
- Possess a valid drivers license and reliable
vehicle
- Submit to a criminal record check/vulnerable sector check
- Clear drivers abstract
- Standard First Aid, CPR-C
