Description

As a Liquor Store Manager you are expected to create an enjoyable shopping experience for our
customers. You must plan and organize the processes of the store and manage the staff
operations. In addition, you are responsible for inventory management and overhead costs.

Duties and Responsibilities
Plan, direct and oversee the operations of the liquor store.
Recruit and hire, and train staff and set staffing schedules.
Manage inventory, which includes ordering and negotiating with suppliers.
Complete market research to determine consumer demand and plan promotions.
Ensure the store meets the company standards of quality, service and operational
excellence.
Resolve customer complaints.
Plan budgets and authorize expenditures.

Qualifications
Two years of management experience within the retail industry.
Have a fundamental understanding of liquor store operations.
Comprehensive knowledge of recruitment principles and practices.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a focus on customer service.
Outstanding communication skills and product assessment ability.
A degree or diploma relating to food service management is a benefit but not required.
