This position will oversee the daily store management according to company expectations.
- Will provide coaching and training to employees to create a positive, highly motivated workforce.
- Provide feedback with recommendations for continued improvement of store operations.
- Ensure quality customer service is provided.
- Assist with annual operating plan and be responsible for sales, margin, expenses, inventory and SPMH.
- Implement marking and merchandising concepts.
- Responsible for ordering, receiving, inventory control and merchandise sales.
- Ensure claims, invoices and other paperwork is completed to standard.
- To be responsible for the adherence and enforcement of policies & procedures and Loss Prevention program.
- Ensure adherence to Saskatchewan Liquor and Gaming Authority (SLGA) operating guidelines, as well as provincial regulations & legislation.
Qualifications:
- Retail sales and inventory experience in liquor & related products.
- Supervisory experience.
- Must have strong public relations skills.
- Will be required to obtain Service It Right Saskatchewan certification.
- Heavy lifting involved.
- Good computer skills.
- Valid Drivers License.
- Must be open to work all shifts including days, evenings & weekends.
