We are looking for a reliable professional who has experience attracting and retaining customers by answering service questions and suggesting relevant products. You will be responsible for processing orders, preparing correspondences, and fulfilling customer needs to ensure customer satisfaction.
Customer Service Representative Responsibilities:
- Handles a large amount of incoming calls and walk-in traffic
- Promotes products and services and generates sales leads
- Develops and maintains customer account information
- Resolves customer complaints via phone, email, and social media
- Identify and documents sales information through customer engagement
- Recommends potential products to management through customer analysis and engagement
- Contributes to the team by focusing on related sales initiatives
Customer Service Representative Qualifications:
- Proven success in a customer support or sales role
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Customer service oriented with a focus on loyalty and retentions
- Familiar with CRM systems and KPI practices
