The Residential Administrator provides administrative support to Residential Property Managers to allow those Managers to service their owners, tenants, residents, etc. in a timely, efficient and effective manner.  The Residential Administrator will coordinate completion of required duties on a priority basis determined through communications with the Property Managers and the Director of Administration.  Professionalism is paramount in this position as it involves a high degree of interaction with the public, clients, contractors and employee personnel.
