Kitchen helper needed to start immediately!
This is a high volume bakery so it is fast paced with lots of lifting, scrubbing, and multi tasking.
You will do everything from cleaning dishes, to making cookies, packaging, loading ovens, and more.
You MUST be available for all shifts starting Monday July 23rd. Shifts are as follows: Every Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday starting at 9am. NO EXCEPTIONS!
Dishwashing Skills
- Scour pots and pans
- Sanitize and wash dishes and other items by hand
- Clean and sanitize items such as dishwasher mats, carts and waste disposal units
Essential Skills
- Oral communication
- Working with others
- Problem solving
- Job task planning and organizing
- Significant use of memory
Transportation/Travel Information
- Own transportation
- Public transportation is available
Credentials (certificates, licences, memberships, courses, etc.)
- Food Safe Certificate
Kitchen Helping Skills
- Remove kitchen garbage and trash
- Receive, unpack and store supplies in refrigerators, freezers, cupboards and other storage areas
- Handle and store cleaning products
- Clean and sanitize kitchen including work surfaces, cupboards, storage areas, appliances and equipment
- Sweep and mop floors
Weight Handling
- Up to 23 kg (50 lbs)
