Description:
As an Advisor Sales Coordinator, you will work closely with the Regional Sales
Manager to support and assist the Market Advisor Team in the sales process and client
experience. Showcase your exceptional customer service skills as you help grow our
market share. The Advisor Sales Coordinator should possess strong planning and
organizational skills, experience working with CRM systems and pays attention to
detail and accuracy. Looking for an individual that is a goal oriented team player, with
a drive to succeed and has a passion for the agriculture industry.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Front Desk of Regional Office-answer phone/take messages
Mail & Courier duties
Prepare Office schedule
Manage Office supply orders
Filing
Distribute client invoices & accept payments
Responsible for client grain samples inventory
Prepare reporting for Regional Manager
Prepare & submit expense reports
Support Market Advisors with SalesForce entries/updates
Support Market Advisors with Sales Process (Proposals, Presentations etc..)
Skills:
Must be able to contribute and work effectively to Team Performance
Strong computer skills including the ability to use Microsoft Office Suite of
Products
High level of planning and organizational skills
Proven ability to work in a fast paced environment
Proven ability and experience working with managing and executing on
multiple projects with aggressive timelines
Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
Proven ability to produce accurate reporting in a timely manner
Self-motivated and goal oriented
