Moose Jaw Ford is growing and looking for a Service Advisor to add to our team! We're searching for someone with great people skills, who is an excellent communicator with a passion for customer service.
What Youll Do:
- Be the main communication link between customers and technicians.
- Review vehicle history with customers and make maintenance recommendations.
- Continuously communicate with the customer to authorize repairs, giving quotes and confirm pricing.
- Ensure timely repairs and customer satisfaction.
What Youll Need:
- Valid Drivers License
- Energetic, outgoing personality
- Customer service or retail experience is an asset, but not required
