The following position is hereby posted in accordance with Article 9 of the Collective Agreement between Saskatchewan Government Employees Union and Rainbow Youth Centre.


Description:  Working under the supervision of the Administration Assistant and in keeping with the policies, practices and philosophy of Rainbow Youth Centre, this position is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of Rainbow Youth Centre.


Qualifications:
- Knowledge of cleaning practices.
- Knowledge of safe lifting techniques.
- Ability to move furniture, and larger objects.
- Ability to lift up to 35 pounds.
- Ability to perform repetitive tasks such as bending, lifting, pushing, pulling, walking and standing in a safe manner.
- Ability to follow written and verbal directions.
- Criminal record check.
- WHMIS training, or a thorough knowledge of safe chemical use. (asset)
- Ability to operate heavy cleaning equipment. (asset)
- Valid drivers licence an asset.

Hours of Work: 18.5 hours a week, some flexibility available (weekend work not required)
