Description

Details:  Must be able to work days .evenings, weekends and over night.

Wage: To be determined.

Experience: Must be familiar with a computers basic operation.

Essential Skills:

Duties:
- Greet, register and assign rooms to guests.
- verify guests credit card and establish how the guest will be paying for the accommodation.
- Make and confirm reservations.
- Issue room keys and directions of how to find their room.
- Keep record of room availability.
- Perform book keeping activities such as balancing accounts and conducting nightly audits.
- Compute bills, collect payments and make change for guests.
- Review accounts and charges with guests during the checkout process.
- Use of a debit credit terminal.
- Answer phones, transfer calls, set wake up calls.
- Prepare the continental breakfast in the mornings.
- Record guests comments and complaints and address accordingly.
- Answer inquires pertaining to hotel services, guest registration, travel directions, or make recommendations regarding shopping, dining or entertainment.
- Clean and maintain Lobby and common areas.
