Working for a Regina non-profit, your Administrative Assistant duties will include:
-Work closely with members of the team, to support the department and company objectives.
-Data entry of information and database maintenance.
-Maintain accurate paper and electronic filing/record keeping systems.
-Set up meetings and book travel arrangements.
-Provide word processing support, develop spreadsheets, charts and presentations.
-General office support.
Education:
Office Education Certificate would be an asset.
Experience:
-3 to 5 years in a strong administrative role.
-Intermediate Word, Excel, Outlook.
- Very strong knowledge of working within a database.
