What we are looking for:
Great at problem solving
Excellent customer service skills
Enjoys taking apart and rebuilding electronics
Willingness to learn new things
Able to work in a fast pace environment
Has knowledge about Apples product line
Has excellent written communication

Duties include:
Fielding inquiries at the service counter
Troubleshooting iOS devices (ie. iPads & iPhones)
Troubleshooting Macintosh devices (operating system & hardware)
Completing Break Fix repairs
Generating service orders and complete invoicing

No experience necessary.  iOS Apple Service Certification is a plus but we will provide on the job training.
