*Demonstrate a complete understanding of menu
items and explain them to guests accurately.
*Use point of sale system/cash register to
record the orders and compute the amount of
the bill. Collects payments from guests and
return balance.
*Make Sure Pita Pros prepare food neatly,
according to recipe and on a timely manner on
well sanitize work station.
*Perform Cash-In Procedure and counting closing
cash and cash balancing at the end of shift.
*Check products in prep. Unit area and restocks
items to ensure a sufficient supply through
out the shift.
*Understand and adhere to proper food handling,
safety and sanitation standards during food
preparation, service and clean up.
*Clean and maintains all areas of the
restaurant to promote clean image. Understand
and adheres to the 3-step method for cleaning.
*Train newly hired staff and supervise current
staff performance
*Perform weekly inventory count and enter in
system
*Effectively open or close store according to
business hours
*Complete all E-Learning modules as posted in
Extreme Brand Portal
Work Experience:
1 year and or less than 2 years
Education:
No formal education required
Work Conditions and Physical capabilities:
Fast-paced environment, work under pressure, tight deadlines, standing for extended periods, walking, physically demanding
