Description

Job Summary

The User Support Technician will be responsible for the supervision of housekeeping staff, management of staff schedules as well as inspection of hotel rooms to insure cleanliness standards. The supervisor will coordinate which rooms and in what order need cleaning.

Responsibilities

Install, troubleshoot and optimize desktops, laptops and tvs including hardware and software issues.
Consult user guides and manuals to implement solutions.
Help hotel guests troubleshoot connectivity issues between their devices and hotel equipment (Wifi, Ethernet, tv, etc).
Emulate or reproduce technical problems encountered by guests.
Provide business systems, network and Internet support to users in response to identified difficulties.
Liaise with other teams within the organization as well as externally.
Qualifications
Experience with IT Support, computer programming, and connectivity troubleshooting.
Completion of a college program in computer science, IT technician or equivalent.
Comprehensive knowledge of network administration.
Outstanding  communication skills.
