Description

Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes and foods as per order.
Prepare and cook Allergic Meals.
Set up line and stock the line before leaving shift.
Make food prep list as per par levels and instructions provided.
May do Food Prep and keep the kitchen clean.
Oversee kitchen operations making sure all the delivery is put away in the designated area.
Maintain inventory and records of food, supplies and equipment.
May set up and oversee buffets.
Maintain temperature logs, cleaning logs, food waste logs, etc.
May clean kitchen and work area.
May wash dishes and kitchen utensils.
Cooks may specialize in preparing and cooking ethnic cuisine or special dishes. Inform manager if any equipment not working or if you need any help.
Do any job other duties assigned by Manager.
