Description

Job Definition:

The person in this position provides front-line technical support for service requests and for computer or technology incidents reported by users or identified by Anchors ConnectWise monitoring and alerting tools. The incumbent suggests, where possible, appropriate solutions or patches, or forwards requests or incidents to another technician within the Anchor team.



Main Responsibilities:

Provide front-line technical support for service requests and for computer or technology incidents reported by users.
Resolve incidents or process service requests according to established standards and forward them to another party when necessary.
Provide users and various parties with a high level of customer service.
Identify and communicate areas for improvement. Help implement these changes.
Work a rotational on-call shift once every month for a one-week period.


Qualifications:

College diploma in a related field
Two to four years of relevant experience
Customer service experience
Experience working on a help-desk
Technical certifications are in ITIL, HDI, Network+, Server+
Professionalism and attention to detail
Can work in a team environment
