OAT-DEAL The Healthy Choice inc. is a Canadian own company that manufactures healthy and convenient cereal drink mixes and foods for North America, and South America. We are planning to expand our market to Asian countries.
We are currently seeking a high calibre professional to join our team as Computer and information systems manager.
Principal responsibilities
Plan, mobilize and direct projects of Asian locations from definition to closure.
Set up website / mobile app with Asian languages and systems to attract business.
Responsible for the end to end delivery of systems solutions, proactively balancing scope, schedule, budget, risks, outcomes and benefits.
Responsible for deploying the multilingual systems for head office in Canada, end users in Asia.
Identify, document and analyse business requirement, design systems solutions and source for cost effective solution from local vendors.
Manage multiple vendors developments and integrate the deliverables into integrated systems solution.
Maintain changes of new products and local health / food regulations in all systems.
Qualifications
Requirements
University graduated major in computer science or equivalent.
Able to build strong relationships with Asian vendors.
Proficient in Chinese (Mandarin, and Cantonese) and English and familiar with technical terminology in these languages and computer systems.
Able to setup point of sales systems in overseas sales office to capture sales, inventory, invoice, customer information.
Experience of working in a multi-international environment within multiple projects.
Able to help drive systems solution deliveries in line with the business objectives.
Solid experience and knowledge in project management of website, sales monitoring systems.
Able to influence and negotiate across business, vendors, both onshore and overseas.
Able to work independently within different time zones under tight deadlines.
