- Attend to front desk telephone, client inquiries, message management
- Mail processing, invoicing and accounts receivable
- Monthly report preparation and general client correspondances
- Must have good knowledge of MS Office, Word, Excel and Outlook
- Some Accounting/bookkeeping experience is required
- Must be self driven and possess excellent interpersonal communication skills
