- General Building Cleaning, vacuuming
- Various building visual inspections
- Minor repairs and maintenance to items such as locks, doors, drywall patching, painting
- Attend to furnace filter change, boiler visual inspections and other regular inspections of building elements
- Some landscaping and snow removal work required (sidewalk snow removal or salting).
- Attend to job sites with contractors as needed
- Scheduled after hour on call
- Must own tools, transportation and valid driver license with a clean driving abstract
- Must be flexible
- Excellent communication skills required along with good client relationship at all times
- Must be able to work with minimum supervision
