Compensation Package
-Wage will be dependent on experience
-Health Spending Account after 90 days

Duties and Responsibilities
-Perform maintenance, testing, troubleshooting, & repair of low, medium & high voltage equipment,
-Installation, commissioning, & start-up of low, medium, & high voltage equipment & apparatus associated with an electrical power system,
-Supervise/lead projects to ensure project completed according to deadlines while maintaining compliance with company & client standards,
-Act as liaison with subcontractors & clients, develop customer service relationships,
-Maintain accurate & up-to-date logs,
-Provide mentorship to junior Technologists,
-Responsible for reporting & collecting data,
-Completion of test sheets & formal reports; &
-Conduct work in a manner prescribed by JA Techs OH&S Manual.
Skills and Qualifications
-Diploma in Electrical Engineering Technology recognized by the Saskatchewan Applied Science Technologists & Technicians (SASTT) or a degree from a recognized post-secondary institution as an Electrical Engineer or Electrical Engineer-in-Training,
-5-8 years field experience on industrial/oil & gas/utility sites & proven leadership experience,
-Candidates will have or will immediately obtain & maintain A.Sc.T. Registration with SASTT or with APEGS as a P.Eng or EIT,
-Ability to understand & perform technically complex calculations,
-Valid Drivers Licence,
-Able to travel & remain at project sites as required; &
-Must be legally entitled to work in Canada.
