Agriculture in the Classroom Saskatchewan (AITC-SK) is seeking a motivated, organized,and detail oriented individual to join our team. The Administrative Assistant will carry out a range of administrative and operational tasks related to the daily operations of our office, as well as provide operational and executive support to the staff at AITC-SK.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Responsible for daily office and warehouse organization
Oversee couriers and mail; both incoming and outgoing
Responsible for errands including banking, mail, shopping for programs
Responsible for office supply purchases and inventory maintenance
Investor database and filing
Responsible for resource assembly and inventory, teacher orders, and database management
Assists program managers with event preparation, conventions, and presentations; including booking hotels and rental cars
Responsible for projects as assigned by direct supervisor

REQUIREMENTS OF THE POSITION:
Great organizational and time management skills
Attention to detail and thoroughness in the execution of tasks
Knowledge of Microsoft Office programs
Strong communication skills; oral and written
Can work independently or as a team player
Must have own vehicle
This is an entry level administration role. No specific education or experience is necessary; however, is an asset. Only those applicants chosen for interviews will be contacted.
