Description

CNH Industrial Saskatoon is currently recruiting for day and evening shift temporary Production Line Welders at our New Holland, manufacturing plant.  

This positions main function is to perform production line MIG welding of various products to required specifications based on diagrams and blue prints and other duties as assigned.


Major responsibilities are to assemble parts in jigs or fixtures, bolt or clamp to hold in position. Select voltage, amperage and wire feed settings to produce weldments for quality requirements. Operate MIG welding equipment to weld a variety of production parts to CNH standards as per weld blueprint. Perform chipping, scraping, grinding and other similar cleaning operations on finished welds. Responsible for inspection of parts, TPM, teamwork, accuracy, and inventory control duties as required.As required to operate a wide variety of material handling equipment including hoists or any other form of handling equipment.

Qualifications
Grade 12 Diploma or GED Equivalency
Previous MIG welding experience
Strong organizational skills, extremely self-motivated
Good communication skills both verbally and written.
Be able to work with minimal supervision.
