IMMEDIATE OPENING
We're looking for one amazing Maintenance Manager! The goal of this position is to maintain the property's facilities while focusing on assisting residents with personal maintenance in their suites.
Our maintenance manager needs to be a multitasker! They should really enjoy working with the elderly and must be able to think outside the box! From boilers to air handlers, plant systems, to leaky faucets, we're looking for a Jack of all trades! You'll track your own invoices, drive our shuttle van or bus, and schedule routine inspections and preventative maintenance. We're looking for a person that always believes that if there's a will there's a way. You'll use the company vehicles to take residents to various appointments and to pick up supplies. You'll be your own boss and work independently most days!
WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
- Experience in managing a building, property or facility
- Any trades experience
- Any relevant tickets in the industry
- Experience Painting
- Experience installing/working with flooring
- Experience with HVAC systems
- Experience working with Plant Systems
- Knowledgeable and Professional
- Experience with large buildings, hotels, centres etc.
- Experience managing a team of 3 or less
