HIRING RIGHT AWAY!
We're looking for a warm, outgoing, reliable and quick thinking person to fill our opening for a front desk agent! Our front desk is always the hub of our residence! We deal with resident needs, calls and requests around the clock!
This is a Part-Time position that offers up to 5 shifts per week! This position could potentially be split into two (smaller) part-time positions for the right candidates.
Shifts run from 8:00 AM until approximately 1:00 PM depending on the day.
You'll work independently and liaise with managers in other departments to ensure that everything is running ship-shape. You'll be the first point of contact when you answer our phone and will be an ambassador for our brand.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR!
- Office experience (management or entry level)
- Familiar with Microsoft Word
- Familiar with Microsoft Excel
- Extremely Comfortable with Email (Outlook)
- Experience with any front desk software
- Able to multitask
- Friendly, personable and reliable
- Someone who loves to interact with others
WHAT YOU MUST HAVE
- Clean Criminal Record Check
- Relevant Experience
