Carry the Kettle First Nation (CTK) is seeking a Finance Clerk to
    Performs Financial Data Entry
    Prepares and Processes cheque payments
    Maintains a Financial filing database
    Typing/photocopying/faxing as needed
    Other duties as may be required

QUALIFICATIONS:
-Computer literate with knowledge of Microsoft Office Excel & Word
-Knowledge of Sage Acc Pac preferred
-General  knowledge of Financial statements
-Ability to process timely and accurate financial information
-Must be a team player
-Organized and able to multi task
-Respectful, courteous and professional
-High School Diploma with excellent mathematical skills and an Accounting certificate.
-At least 1 year experience working in a financial environment
-Due to access of information, an oath of CONFIDENTIALITY is required
- Possess good understanding of First Nation cultures, traditions, roles and responsibilities of Chief and Council and work well with Chief, Council, Band Staff and community members;
- Possess Valid Driver's License;
- Must pass a current Criminal Record Check.

PREFERENCE WILL BE GIVEN TO QUALIFIED CTK FIRST NATION MEMBERS
