On behalf of our client, Adecco is currently recruiting for a Profit Centre Manager to work in Regina, Saskatchewan. In this role you will be held accountable for the revenues and cost of the branch through providing direction, coordination, and evaluation. You will be responsible for driving the sales revenue and controlling cost-generating activities while leading a team. Applicants should have at least 2 years of experience performing in a managerial position with a passion for providing excellent customer service.

Profit Centre Manager Responsibilities:
- Perform as a strong leader by demonstrating values, ethics, and professionalism in all actions
- You will be responsible for hiring, training, coaching, and managing a team
- Act as an ambassador for safety within the workplace by promoting company standards
- Provide direction, guidance, and motivation to teammates
- Develop and promote strategic initiatives and operational objectives
- Strategically recognize and develop market and sales opportunities
- This role requires candidates to provide excellent customer service
- You will be held accountable for representing the company in a professional manner

Profit Centre Manager Qualifications:
- Applicants should have complete a university degree
- Minimum 2+ years in management or leadership role
- Valid drivers license with a clean drivers abstract
- Applicants should be driven, motivated, and eager to succeed
- Applicants should have excellent communication, interpersonal, and listening skills
- Lead and encourage a positive environment for teammates to succeed within
- An understand operations, purchasing, and inventory control processes is an asset
