Adecco is currently hiring for a Field Service Representative in Regina, SK. To qualify for this role you must be self-motivated and a strong team player.
Field Service Representative Responsibilities:
Under the direction from the Territory Manager execute work plans to effectively grow the businesses with our current identified I/C, 2-Step and new distribution accounts
Develop a strong customer working relationship with a list the following personnel:
Regional Sales Managers
IC Accounts in your region
Hardware Accounts in your region
Key Sales Representatives
District Operations Managers
Branch Managers
Inventory Specialists
Set a full year strategy in your territory that will offer the greatest opportunity for growth in the businesses
Achieve sales targets for business categories as assigned for territory.
Manage your business within assigned budgets
Communicate market trends, competitive feedback to the appropriate headquarters personnel.
Handle and resolve conflicts in your areas of responsibility.
Co-ordinate and communicate sales efforts within assigned geography to the HTAS Specialty TM
Field Service Rep Qualifications:
College / University Graduate
Strong communication, presentation and computer skills
Self-motivated and a strong team player
Construction/Power Tool experience an asset
