Our ownership group operates multiple Tommy Guns Original Barbershop locations in the Winnipeg, Saskatoon, Regina and Lloydminster markets with plans to expand soon and we are looking for an Operations Manager to help us continue to grow. The successful applicant will oversee barbershop operations in Saskatoon and Regina with responsibility for developing each of these markets through leading operations directly with existing District Managers and each of the barbershops at store level while meeting key performance indicators set for this role.
Responsibilities:
Ensure that all corporate Tommy Guns Original Barbershops operate to the highest standard of service and efficiency while adhering to the Tommy Guns Operations Manual.
Foster a culture of customer service fanatics within the Barbershop including Net Promoter Score.
Presence in the barbershops to drive consistency and service levels. Visit each barbershop at least quarterly.
Supervise and manage District Managers in each of the markets.
Manage and report on financial KPIs as identified by ownership.
Implement and manage Tommy Guns local promotions.
New store set up and training, where required.
Work closely with Barbershop employees and ownership.
