Estimator/project manager required for immediate start at largest piling company in SK. Duties include blueprint reading and interpretation, materials calculation and ordering, project cost estimation, project management, scheduling, quality control (field logs). Proficiency in excel, PDF, CAD, MS office, and construction/building systems and design a requirement. Matching pension plan with medical and dental benefits offered. EXPERIENCE IN LIEU OF TECHNICAL EDUCATION WILL BE ENTERTAINED.
SKILLS AND ABILITIES REQUIRED:
- Soil testing, properties, and geotechnical interpretation
- Preparation and submission of residential, commercial, industrial, heavy civil, institutional, and government bids.
- Management of crews up to 6 workers.
- Working with dispatch for scheduling.
- Client coordination and relation.
